About the Talent Acquisition Director position

Talent Acquisition Director responsibilities are:

  • Implementing effective hiring plans

  • Participating company activities

  • Creating excellent experiences for candidates

  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs

  • Performing screening activities

  • Assisting employees with their development

  • Overseeing HR activities

  • Planning job fairs, career days, etc.

Talent Acquisition Director requirements are:

  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager/Director

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Great leader

  • Familiar with MS Office softwares

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
