Open Call Center Full Time Shifts:
Each shift requires one weekend shift
Global Response Corporation is currently seeking a Bilingual French English Customer Service Specialists for its Margate, FL Call Center location (777 S State Road 7, Margate, FL). The Customer Service Brand Specialist Representatives will be responsible for responding to calls and emails from customers for a top nationally/internationally known retail brand/company.
Responsibilities may include the following :
Inbound calls, emails/chats assisting customers with services/product/customer inquiries.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Inform current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded apparel and accessories.
Follow up with customers when needed, to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
Responsible for meeting quality standards and objectives.
Bilingual - verbal & written fluency in both French & English.
Excellent Verbal/Written communication skills.
Excellent phone skills and love interacting with clients.
Strong writing skills
Strong verbal communication
Able to multi-task and work in a high volume environment.
Computer literate, (Win2k, MS Office, e-mail, chat).
Type at least 30 wpm.
Customer Retention experience a plus.
Technical abilities a plus.
